About Dayan

I am a flight paramedic with Air Evac Lifeteam, where I have spent over 15 years operating in high-acuity, high-stakes environments that demand sound judgment, teamwork, and accountability. These experiences have shaped both my professional discipline and my approach to leadership.

I recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development at the University of Arkansas and am currently finishing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Nelson University. Throughout this academic journey, I have developed a growing passion for leadership that prioritizes the growth and development of others, particularly in team-based, mission-driven environments.

I am committed to servant leadership, seeking to influence, encourage, and equip others to perform at their highest level. As I transition from a clinical role into organizational leadership, my goal is to contribute to environments where people are valued, developed, and empowered to succeed.

Elevating Leaders, Empowering Organizations

I help leaders see further than they believe they can, by seeing potential they have yet to claim, equipping them to build courageous teams, healthy cultures, and organizations that serve people, not just performance.
